Privacy Notice
Evidence Research & Consulting respects the privacy of people who visit this website or contact ERC. This notice explains what information we collect through the website, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
Last reviewed: 3 August 2026
Information you provide
When you submit a project enquiry, we may receive your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, engagement type, sector, geography, expected start date, and the short brief you provide.
If you contact ERC directly by email or phone, we receive the information included in that communication.
Please do not send personal data about research participants, beneficiaries, patients, children, employees, or other third parties through the website. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial details, or other highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.
How we use the information
ERC uses enquiry information to:
- Review and respond to your request
- Understand the potential scope and timing of an engagement
- Communicate with you about the enquiry
- Protect the website and enquiry channel from abuse
- Keep appropriate records of business correspondence
ERC does not sell personal information.
How enquiries are delivered
Website enquiries are sent to ERC's business email using an email-delivery provider. A security service checks submissions for automated abuse. These providers may process limited technical and contact information to perform those functions.
ERC does not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or optional analytics cookies at launch. A cookie banner is therefore not displayed. If this changes, this notice and the website's consent choices must be updated before optional tracking begins.
Retention
ERC intends to keep enquiry correspondence in its business mailbox for up to 12 months after the most recent meaningful contact. Information may be kept longer when an active engagement, contractual responsibility, legal requirement, dispute, or legitimate record-keeping need applies.
You may ask ERC to delete an enquiry earlier. ERC will consider the request and explain if information must be retained for a lawful or necessary reason.
Who can access the information
Access is limited to ERC personnel who need the information to review, respond to, or manage the enquiry, and to service providers that deliver or protect the communication. ERC does not publish enquiry information.
Security
ERC applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect enquiry information. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive personal data through the website.
Your choices
You may ask ERC to:
- Confirm whether ERC holds information from your enquiry
- Correct inaccurate contact information
- Delete information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations
- Stop further non-essential communication about the enquiry
To make a request, email info@ercresearch.com. ERC may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
